It took 1 1/2 hours to get a table and there were twelve empty tables when they seated us and only eight tables occupied. What are they doing ?

You must have been drinking alcohol. It is common at some of these establishments to ply customers who are imbibing for the added profit. At Fontanas Restaurant (now closed)....there were instances 15 or so years ago that my wife and I both were blackout drunk and one time we never knew if we ate or not....

What number of guests can you accommodate for a private dinner party?

Call them for large groups.
